What problems exist in public school today and what can be done to fix them? What specific changes would you make at Henry Clay?

The first change I would make is to have a full time nurse because I think that it is important for students to feel like they are taken care of all the time and not just when the nurse is in. Also, I think Henry Clay is a little bit too crowded. I would increase the width of the hallways so that students couldn't get stuck behind one person walking painfully slowly to class who ends up holding up the entire hallway. Due to this overcrowding we have use mobile classrooms. I hate these. They are cold in the winter and hot in the summer. They take a long time to walk to. Students can't hear announcements between classrooms when they are walking to and from mobiles. I think they are not good all around. I would remodel the school and when I made the hallways wider also add classrooms so we had no need for any mobile classrooms.
