"It should be no surprise that that the United States faces a monstrous debt. Fix it."

As most people know, I am not a big political person... so I don't really have a big opinion on American debt other than I know it is bad. But I will do my best to write something intelligent on the issue. Since my mom is a teacher we watched School House Rock a lot when I was a kid so I knew all about the “Tyrannosaurus Debt”. The tour guide in the song told us about how it started during a war and he grew bigger every time we had a war so my first suggestion is to not increase the debt by getting involved in more wars. As to lower the debt I’m not really sure how to lower it other than not increasing it and not using too many tax cuts.
