well, since the second two are kinduv too personal, ill answer my first one
and the answer to that is, of course, the prestigious air Jordan's subsidiary of Nike. there are several reasons for this, and the first one is that Tinker Hatfield, the designer, is one of the most creative designers in the biz, comparable in my mind to the top designers of high fashion labels. his use of basic design princples is imitated almost everywhere nowadays.
secondly, the shoes led me to Michael Jordan himself. my dad is of the unusual ilk that was at one point athletic but stopped because of the commercialization of sports, and as a result of this, i didnt grow up with sports, anduntil my obsessions with the shoes, and later the man himself, i didnt particularlyenjoy basketball. im not good at it in anyway now, but i like it and i watch it occasionally.
nowadays, theres a list of shoes i plan on buying, and all but two pairs of which are jordan brand, i own jordan brand tshirts, and ill wear almost anything sponsered by mj.
