Whats a satire?

So now apparently I can get fined $500 just because I beat my dog occasionally? That's not fair! The little pest chewed up my favorite pair of fuzzy socks the other day and the ASPCA doesn't think it deserves a good 5 lynchings? Yeah maybe I'll just send Spot over to their houses and let him chew up their T.V. remotes, and see how they like it. Now they have to walk 5 feet to turn the T.V. on, and Spot gets away with it. Not in my house. That extra exercise was not necessary and Spot should have to pay! I call it physical discipline, and it's perfectly fine. I mean, they're not humans, so they're not equal. We should be allowed to beat our pets! They deserve it!
